Podle dat Statistick\u00e9ho \u00fa\u0159adu Evropsk\u00e9 unie je aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed rozd\u00edl ve mzd\u00e1ch mezi \u017eenami a mu\u017ei nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d segmenty, profesemi a pracovn\u00edmi pozicemi v\u00a0\u010cesk\u00e9 republice pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b 17,9\u00a0%. Zm\u011bnit to m\u00e1 novelizovan\u00e1 sm\u011brnice EU. Od \u010dervna roku 2027 budou muset firmy s\u00a0v\u00edce ne\u017e 250 zam\u011bstnanci ka\u017ed\u00fd rok reportovat, \u017ee ve mzd\u00e1ch rozd\u00edly ned\u011blaj\u00ed. Novinka po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 s\u00a0transparentnost\u00ed u\u017e b\u011bhem n\u00e1borov\u00e9ho pohovoru. Nejv\u00edce p\u0159ipraven\u00fd na zm\u011bnu je obor IT a podnikov\u00fdch slu\u017eeb. Podle \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed asociace ABSL dokonce vysok\u00fdch 93 % firem u\u017e vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 syst\u00e9m, kter\u00fd umo\u017e\u0148uje anal\u00fdzu mezd v souladu s budouc\u00edmi po\u017eadavky EU.<\/b><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed rozd\u00edl 5 %, objektivn\u00ed krit\u00e9ria hodnocen\u00ed<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>A\u010dkoli Eurostat uv\u00e1d\u00ed rozd\u00edl ve mzd\u00e1ch mu\u017e\u016f a \u017een (Gender Pay Gap) v \u010cR za rok 2022 necel\u00fdch 18 %, z v\u00fdsledk\u016f nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed anal\u00fdzy port\u00e1lu Platy.cz vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 daleko v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed propast \u2013 alarmuj\u00edc\u00edch 28 %. Z jeho \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed je tak\u00e9 z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee rozd\u00edly v platov\u00e9m ohodnocen\u00ed nar\u016fstaj\u00ed s d\u00e9lkou pracovn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti. \u017deny v \u010cR do jednoho roku praxe si v pr\u016fm\u011bru p\u0159ijdou na 20 % ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed plat ne\u017e mu\u017ei. Pro \u017eeny s pracovn\u00ed zku\u0161enost\u00ed mezi 6 a\u017e 10 lety je tento rozd\u00edl dokonce 30 %, co\u017e v praxi znamen\u00e1 v\u00edce ne\u017e 20 tis\u00edc korun m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Chystan\u00e1 regulace po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 s maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed hranic\u00ed pod 5 %.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201ePokud rozd\u00edl v mzd\u00e1ch pro jakoukoli kategorii zam\u011bstnanc\u016f vykon\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch stejnou pr\u00e1ci p\u0159esahuje 5 % a nen\u00ed vysv\u011btlen objektivn\u00edmi faktory, budou zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 muset prov\u00e9st spole\u010dnou revizi p\u0159\u00ed\u010din rozd\u00edl\u016f v odm\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed se z\u00e1stupci zam\u011bstnanc\u016f a v\u00fdsledky sd\u00edlet se zam\u011bstnanci a p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdmi org\u00e1ny,\u201c<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>vysv\u011btluje Petr Boldi\u0161 ze spole\u010dnosti Mercer a pokra\u010duje:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201eSyst\u00e9my, kter\u00e9 nab\u00edz\u00edme, umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed firm\u00e1m efektivn\u011b splnit nov\u00e9 po\u017eadavky na reportov\u00e1n\u00ed a z\u00e1rove\u0148 z\u00edskat cenn\u00e9 informace pro intern\u00ed hodnocen\u00ed odm\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed.\u201c<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Podle n\u011bj by s p\u0159\u00edpravami firmy nem\u011bly ot\u00e1let, \u00fapravy budou pro mnoho firem \u010dasov\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 z hlediska slad\u011bn\u00ed intern\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f a zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dostate\u010dn\u00e9ho rozpo\u010dtu pro napraven\u00ed rozd\u00edl\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Sm\u011brnice d\u00e1le up\u0159es\u0148uje, \u017ee p\u0159i hodnocen\u00ed a porovn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed rovnocenn\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce by zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 m\u011bli zohlednit objektivn\u00ed krit\u00e9ria jako vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed, profesn\u00ed a \u0161kolic\u00ed po\u017eadavky, dovednosti, \u00fasil\u00ed a odpov\u011bdnost, vykonanou pr\u00e1ci a charakter \u00fakolu.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Identick\u00e9 odm\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed? Legitimn\u00ed po\u017eadavek<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Povinn\u00e9 reportov\u00e1n\u00ed \u010dek\u00e1 od \u010dervna roku 2027 firmy s v\u00edce ne\u017e 250 zam\u011bstnanci, kter\u00e9 budou muset zpr\u00e1vu pod\u00e1vat ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u011b. Od stejn\u00e9ho roku mus\u00ed reportovat jednou za t\u0159i roky tak\u00e9 firmy se 150\u2013249 zam\u011bstnanci. \u010cas a\u017e do roku 2031 maj\u00ed spole\u010dnosti od 100 do 149 zam\u011bstnanc\u016f.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201eVe v\u0161eobecnosti k dorovn\u00e1n\u00ed mezd p\u0159istupuj\u00ed zejm\u00e9na korpor\u00e1tn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti, kter\u00e9 tento proces za\u017eili ji\u017e v zem\u00edch jejich p\u016fvodu, pop\u0159\u00edpad\u011b ty firmy, pro kter\u00e9 je equal pay intern\u00ed hodnotou. Podle \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed ABSL u\u017e dokonce 93 % firem vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 syst\u00e9m, kter\u00fd analyzuje mzdy podle krit\u00e9ri\u00ed sm\u011brnice. V ot\u00e1zce transparentnosti 15 % firem z tohoto oboru dokonce zva\u017euje, \u017ee bude zve\u0159ej\u0148ovat ve\u0161ker\u00e9 relevantn\u00ed informace, 85 % jen ty, kter\u00e9 si vy\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1 regulace.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201eCo se t\u00fdk\u00e1 zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed \u017een na seniorn\u00edch pozic\u00edch, je tento sektor jeden z nejprogresivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch obor\u016f. Podle na\u0161eho posledn\u00edho reportu maj\u00ed podnikov\u00e9 slu\u017eby na senior leadership pozic\u00edch 42 % \u017een. Celosv\u011btov\u011b je to o v\u00edc ne\u017e polovinu m\u00e9n\u011b (19 %) a v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice je\u0161t\u011b m\u00ed\u0148 (17 %),\u201c<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Jarom\u00edr Staroba, prezident ABSL.<\/p>\n<p>Pro zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed spravedliv\u00e9ho odm\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed je podle \u0159editelky SAP Services Ivety Chv\u00e1lov\u00e9 kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 m\u00edt dob\u0159e nastaven\u00fd syst\u00e9m a b\u00fdt transparentn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201eV SAP vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me na\u0161e vlastn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, d\u00edky kter\u00e9mu m\u00e1 99,8 % zam\u011bstnanc\u016f okam\u017eit\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup k informaci o tom, jak\u00fd je rozsah mzdy na jejich pozici, s ohledem na jejich konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed \u00farove\u0148 seniority a region, ve kter\u00e9m pracuj\u00ed. Na\u0161i l\u00edd\u0159i maj\u00ed k dispozici podrobnou infrastrukturu, kter\u00e1 eliminuje prostor pro subjektivn\u00ed interpretaci dat nebo odm\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed zalo\u017een\u00e9 na dojmech a pocitech,\u201c<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>up\u0159es\u0148uje Iveta Chv\u00e1lov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1skok maj\u00ed tak\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti se s\u00eddlem v USA, proto\u017ee mnoho z pravidel t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00edch se rovnosti odm\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e1 vstupuj\u00ed v platnost v EU, je ji\u017e v t\u011bchto organizac\u00edch zavedeno.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201eV Pure Storage ji\u017e transparentnost odm\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed existuje, proto\u017ee zve\u0159ej\u0148ujeme platov\u00e9 rozp\u011bt\u00ed na\u0161ich zam\u011bstnanc\u016f na jejich pozic\u00edch, co\u017e nen\u00ed m\u00edstn\u00ed standard.
