Stal se j\u00edm Bohumil \u0158\u00edha, jen\u017e p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e dvacetilet\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti z oboru. V \u010dele asociace chce podpo\u0159it r\u016fst kompetenc\u00ed a inova\u010dn\u00edho potenci\u00e1lu oboru a p\u0159ipravit cel\u00fd sektor na nov\u00e9 v\u00fdzvy, kter\u00e9 p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed \u00e9ra um\u011bl\u00e9 inteligence, digitalizace a prom\u011b\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed se geopolitick\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/b><\/p>\n

\u201eNa\u0161e centra u\u017e dnes nejsou jen servisn\u00ed jednotky mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch firem. Jsou to inova\u010dn\u00ed huby, kde vznikaj\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed s glob\u00e1ln\u00edm dopadem,\u201c<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Posledn\u00edch osm let p\u016fsob\u00ed ve spole\u010dnosti Johnson & Johnson Global Services, kde zast\u00e1v\u00e1 pozici v\u00fdkonn\u00e9ho \u0159editele \u010desk\u00e9 pobo\u010dky a z\u00e1rove\u0148 i \u0159editele n\u00e1kupu pro region EMEA (Senior Director EMEA Procurement). V minulosti vedl v Accenture t\u00fdmy a\u017e 200 pracovn\u00edk\u016f v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice, Polsku, Indii a \u010c\u00edn\u011b. Dlouhodob\u011b se zab\u00fdv\u00e1 rozvojem lidsk\u00e9ho potenci\u00e1lu a od roku 2019 je certifikovan\u00fdm kou\u010dem.<\/span><\/p>\n

Podle dat ABSL se \u010desk\u00fd sektor IT a podnikov\u00fdch slu\u017eeb v roce 2024 rozrostl o 9 % a zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1 na 175 tis\u00edc lid\u00ed. B\u011bhem leto\u0161n\u00edho roku se o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1 dosa\u017een\u00ed hranice 200 tis\u00edc pracovn\u00edk\u016f. Obor masivn\u011b investuje do technologi\u00ed a d\u00edky sv\u00e9 vysok\u00e9 p\u0159idan\u00e9 hodnot\u011b pat\u0159\u00ed mezi kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 pil\u00ed\u0159e \u010desk\u00e9 ekonomiky.<\/span>Bohumil \u0158\u00edha vystudoval Pedagogickou fakultu Z\u00e1pado\u010desk\u00e9 univerzity v\u00a0Plzni, \u010d\u00e1st studia str\u00e1vil i na Technische Universit\u00e4t Chemnitz v\u00a0N\u011bmecku.
