Brn\u011bnsk\u00fd Spielberk \u010di centrum m\u011bsta kolem Vln\u011bn\u00e9 ulice se staly domovem firem, kde vznikaj\u00ed vysp\u011bl\u00e9 technologie a inovace sv\u011btov\u00e9ho byznysu. M\u011bsto se chyst\u00e1 na jejich expanzi \u2013 k aktu\u00e1ln\u011b neobsazen\u00fdm 70 900 m<sup>2<\/sup>\u00a0modern\u00edch kancel\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch prostor brzy p\u0159ibude nab\u00eddka nov\u00fdch t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 100 tis\u00edc m<sup>2<\/sup>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Celkem v Brn\u011b s\u00eddl\u00ed ji\u017e 74 firem p\u016fsob\u00edc\u00edch v tomto modern\u00edm oboru. Zam\u011bstn\u00e1vaj\u00ed bezm\u00e1la 35 tis\u00edc lid\u00ed, co\u017e reprezentuje 16% pod\u00edl z celkov\u00e9ho po\u010dtu 239 tis\u00edc zam\u011bstnanc\u016f v Brn\u011b. Brno v\u00a0jejich o\u010d\u00edch p\u0159edstavuje druhou nejvyhled\u00e1van\u011bj\u0161\u00ed destinaci v\u00a0\u010cesku, d\u00edky \u010demu\u017e je zde dnes v\u016fbec nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pod\u00edl pracovn\u00edk\u016f v\u00a0podnikov\u00fdch a IT slu\u017eb\u00e1ch na po\u010det obyvatel,\u201c<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>shrnuje Jonathan Appleton, \u0159editel asociace ABSL. Pln\u00fdch 72 % ploch je v\u00a0nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed kategorii A.
