Hlas oboru podnikov\u00fdch, z\u00e1kaznick\u00fdch a IT slu\u017eeb, asociace ABSL, slav\u00ed des\u00e1t\u00e9 narozeniny. B\u011bhem uplynul\u00fdch deseti let jej\u00edho p\u016fsoben\u00ed obor trojn\u00e1sobn\u011b vzrostl a v\u00fdrazn\u011b roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159il z\u00e1b\u011br. Firmy tak centralizovan\u011b ne\u0159e\u0161\u00ed jen oblast financ\u00ed, ale i HR, v\u00fdvoje \u010di inovac\u00ed proces\u016f. Hlavn\u00edm motorem t\u011bchto zm\u011bn a r\u016fstu byly a i do budoucna budou technologie.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cKdy\u017e u\u017e ne\u010dek\u00e1me tak dynamick\u00fd rozmach jako v uplynul\u00fdch letech, kdy jsme prakticky ka\u017ed\u00fd rok rostli dvou-cifern\u00fdm tempem, obor se bude nad\u00e1le roz\u0161i\u0159ovat, a to jak co do \u0161\u00ed\u0159e poskytovan\u00fdch slu\u017eeb, tak i po\u010dtem zam\u011bstnanc\u016f. Z pohledu ekonomick\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00ednosu v\u0161ak p\u016fjde o r\u016fst mnohem dynami\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e dosud, a to zejm\u00e9na kv\u016fli zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed se na pr\u00e1ci s vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed p\u0159idanou hodnotou,\u201c<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\u00a0\u201eZa uplynul\u00fd rok v \u010cR zah\u00e1jilo provoz dvacet nov\u00fdch center, co\u017e je podobn\u00fd po\u010det jako nap\u0159\u00edklad na n\u011bkolikan\u00e1sobn\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm polsk\u00e9m trhu. Je tedy vid\u011bt, \u017ee i p\u0159es r\u016fst n\u00e1klad\u016f, kter\u00e9mu zdej\u0161\u00ed centra \u010del\u00ed, sk\u00fdt\u00e1 na\u0161e zem\u011b pro mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed obor podnikov\u00fdch, IT a z\u00e1kaznick\u00fdch slu\u017eeb st\u00e1le atraktivn\u00ed potenci\u00e1l,\u201c\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

T\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 t\u0159etina center dostala do f\u00e1ze ostr\u00e9ho provozu chatboty, \u010dtvrtina vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 um\u011blou inteligenci, p\u011btina strojov\u00e9 u\u010den\u00ed, stejn\u00fd pod\u00edl i technologie pro automatick\u00e9 zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159irozen\u00e9ho jazyka a 17 % rozpozn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed videa \u010di obrazu.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u201eAsi nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed boom aktu\u00e1ln\u011b za\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 um\u011bl\u00e1 inteligence. Z na\u0161ich dat vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee centra, kter\u00e1 nasadila um\u011blou inteligenci, rostou dokonce dvojn\u00e1sobn\u00fdm tempem, ne\u017e kolik \u010din\u00ed oborov\u00fd pr\u016fm\u011br. Um\u011bl\u00e1 inteligence toti\u017e umo\u017e\u0148uje zlep\u0161it produktivitu a efektivitu pr\u00e1ce,\u201c<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
