Ohrozit toti\u017e m\u016f\u017ee des\u00edtky tis\u00edc kvalifikovan\u00fdch pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst. Benefity p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd n\u00e1stroj zam\u011bstnavatel\u016f, kter\u00fdm se sv\u00fdm lidem sna\u017e\u00ed vylep\u0161it podm\u00ednky, a zm\u00edrnit tak vysok\u00e9 zdan\u011bn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce, kter\u00e9 v\u00a0\u010cesk\u00e9 republice vl\u00e1dne. Jejich zdan\u011bn\u00edm tato v\u00fdhoda zmiz\u00ed, a t\u00edm op\u011bt o n\u011bco klesne konkurenceschopnost \u010cR ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se zem\u011bmi, jako je Polsko, Rumunsko, Irsko \u010di Portugalsko, o kter\u00fdch uva\u017euj\u00ed investo\u0159i z\u00a0oboru IT a podnikov\u00fdch slu\u017eeb jako o vhodn\u00e9 destinaci pro zalo\u017een\u00ed a provozovan\u00ed sv\u00fdch pobo\u010dek.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dle OECD je v\u00a0\u010cR zdan\u011bn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce \u010din\u00ed 39,82 %, v\u00a0konkuren\u010dn\u00edm Polsku v\u0161ak jen 33,62 % a v\u00a0Irsku, dal\u0161\u00ed zemi, kter\u00e1 je takt\u00e9\u017e dlouhodob\u011b v\u00a0hled\u00e1\u010dku investor\u016f 34,72 %.\u00a0 Jedn\u00e1 se o procentn\u00ed vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00ed n\u00e1klad\u016f, kter\u00e9 odv\u00e1d\u00ed st\u00e1tu ka\u017ed\u00fd zam\u011bstnanec na dan\u00edch v\u010detn\u011b soci\u00e1ln\u00edho a zdravotn\u00edho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed k celkov\u00fdm mzdov\u00fdm n\u00e1klad\u016fm ze strany zam\u011bstnavatele.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eUv\u011bdomujeme si nutnost konsolidace ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch financ\u00ed a \u00faspor, zdan\u011bn\u00ed zam\u011bstnaneck\u00fdch benefit\u016f v\u0161ak pova\u017eujeme za n\u00e1stroj, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159in\u00e9st v\u00edce \u0161kod ne\u017e v\u00fdhod. Z\u00a0na\u0161ich pr\u016fzkum\u016f vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee vysok\u00e9 zdan\u011bn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce a r\u016fst celkov\u00fdch provozn\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f je jedn\u00edm z\u00a0d\u016fvod\u016f, pro\u010d \u0159ada investor\u016f d\u00e1 p\u0159ednost jin\u00e9 zemi, kde vytvo\u0159\u00ed centrum IT nebo podnikov\u00fdch slu\u017eeb se stovkami kvalifikovan\u00fdch m\u00edst. Stejn\u011b tak se zhruba 25 % zdej\u0161\u00edch center ob\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee bude muset sv\u016fj provoz p\u0159esunout do n\u00e1kladov\u011b v\u00fdhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed lokality,\u201c<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Jonathan Appleton, \u0159editel asociace ABSL, kter\u00e1 sdru\u017euje firmy z\u00a0oboru IT, podnikov\u00fdch a z\u00e1kaznick\u00fdch slu\u017eeb. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tento obor v\u00a0tuto chv\u00edli reprezentuje zhruba 160 000 kvalifikovan\u00fdch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f.
