KOMORA: Employees lack knowledge of technology

As digitization and adoption of modern technologies continues, companies face a growing shortage of employees with the necessary technical and analytical knowledge and skills. A recent survey by ABSL found that this problem problem is affecting a full 63% of IT and business services firms. The lack of STEM education in Czech schools is therefore 9 out of 10 companies are making up for it with in-house training programmes and training.
