A week’s holiday is not enough for a break from work (CZ)
Half of Czech employees take only one week of holiday at a time. For a good rest, psychologists recommend at least once per year for two weeks, ideally even three weeks.
For example, up to 10 different benefits associated with time off can be taken by employees in IT and business services. According to data from the industry association ABSL, a full 77% of companies provide some of these benefits to their employees. For example, employees can take Sick days, days to make necessary office visits or loyalty days that reward long-term employee loyalty. Happy days are also common, allowing employees to use up to three days a year for celebrations and special events, or Recharge days designed to recharge their batteries after completing a challenging project.
