Introducing the ABSL Fusion Leader group dedicated to promoting employee well-being. Their project aims to inform individuals about burnout triggers and their impact on businesses. Drawing from extensive research, they provide crucial recommendations to GBS managers. They believe that everyone deserves to work healthily and sustainably. Through the story of Sarah, a dedicated manager in a bustling Prague business center, they highlight the toll that relentless dedication can take on one’s health and happiness. Addressing burnout, a pervasive issue affecting 40% of employees, particularly those without direct reports, this Fusion group advocates for a healthier work culture. The ABSL Fusion Leader Group 2 proudly presents โJennyโ โ AI designed solution for GBS centers. Jenny is an AI consultant developed to enable a more efficient talent management process, providing advisory to GBS leaders & HR departments. Jenny works with a database created based on surveys focused on employee life-cycle. Jenny can be useful and help GBS leaders with strategic decisions related to employees, with a focus on generational differences, habits or similarities. Jenny can analyze and predict behavior of different generational groups; it is a tailored solution available for any GBS.

Leadership Challenges & how to overcome them
Main idea of our project was to:
- Identify the main challenges for GBS leaders and understand general practices and solutions.
- Create a useful and practical toolbox addressing the challenges that might occur in a leaderโs work.
- Learn from the experience of the senior leaders of major GBS centers in the Czech Republic.
Topics that we covered were based on a survey at the beginning of the project and reflect the main challenges for the leaders in GBS. They spread from internal communication (team spirit, people development) to major company-related topics like talent retention and change management

ABSL Diamond Awards Winner: Post-Covid Flexible Working Office โ Best Practices
What is the purpose of the office? How to motivate employees to return to the office? How to manage the office utilization on a daily basis? These are the most resonating topics of today among the ABSL members.
In collaboration with ABSL members, we collected the best practices in areas of office layout, technology, people management and change management. Our goal was to create a simple guide, highlighting the relevant aspects, to be considered when shaping the flexible office space after Covid.

โBluebookโ โ New Way of Working
Aspects of traditional office based work typical for Business Services are probably impacted the most by the changes resulting from post-pandemic transformation to hybrid model of working. We collected best practices from our own companies, researched expert knowledge resources and compiled it all together in a short booklet full of practical recommendations. During the session we will introduce the key chapters and go through our companiesโ lessons learned and recommendations presented by our center leaders.
